   Please choose a purchased Twilio Number from your Twilio Admin Account OR Choose Shortcode option if using shortcode. This number will be used to send and receive SMS.
   Make sure you pick a number above 1st.  Type your keywords for the campaign and hit the <ENTER> key. Each of these keywords can be used to subscribe to the list.
   Enter the message the subscriber receives AFTER they have subscribed.  Keep your messages short and sweet but very descriptive.  Use SMS shorthand when necessary.

   Enter the image, video or file that will be sent to the customer on subscribe.  Keep them under 5 MEGS in size.  This is great for sending coupons or event information.
   Enter the message the subscriber receives if they are already on this list.  Feel free to give another coupon or just tell them they are already a member.

Name
   On subscribe you have the option to ask for the subscribers name before the subscribe message is delivered.  Structure your question accordingly.
Email Address
   On subscribe you have the option to ask for the subscribers email before the subscribe message is delivered.  Structure your question accordingly.
Birthday
   On subscribe you have the option to ask for the subscribers birthname before the subscribe message is delivered.  Structure your question accordingly.
   On subscribe you have the option to ask for the subscribers name, email and birthday in only one SMS
Force Longcode Compliance Message
   If using shortcode, the subsciber will need to confirm YES first to join the list, this is considered TCPA compliant.  If you wish for the longcode number to react the same way check this box (Please Do!)
